Introduction to Glazing

In this 2.5-hour introduction to glazing, you’ll learn a range of essential techniques including dipping, pouring, and brush application. The session will cover how to apply glaze evenly, combine colours, and approach surface decoration with more control and confidence.

Participants are welcome to bring their own bisque-fired pieces or select from studio seconds. By the end of the class, you will have a better understanding of how different glazing methods affect the final result after firing.

    • 2.5 hours of guided glazing practice at POP studio

    • Including all materials and tools

    • We can provide ready bisqueware for you or you can bring your own bisqueware*

    • Firing Fee for up to 3 pieces

    • Pick up your finished piece approx. 2 weeks after your class at the POP studio

    *Please bring labels of any external material that you used for your pieces.
